It's been taken off line for a while. If I remember right it was causing the forms to much problems with lag that's why it got turned off for a bit. Sorry I can't find the post or dev blog that said this.

12. Not getting bounty rewards for some npcs in kill missions - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I have found that when hunting npc rats I don't always get the bounty for every kill I make. I will have to check more closely in the future and start a list of the ones that are not paying out.

I would also like to see something better then the basic mining drone (as well as the blueprint originals for the new drones), but not as expensive as the harvester mining drones. Maybe a tech 1, and a tech 2 to fallow suite with the mining lasers...
